from Jason Murrell, Group Executive AustCyber
Welcome to Cyber Week 2022 - AustCyber's flagship annual event.
As the new Group Executive for AustCyber, I am thrilled to announce that for the first time since its inception 5 years ago, Cyber Week 2022 will be traveling around the country to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra, to deliver world-class cyber security events in person and online.
Cyber Week explores the full breadth of the cyber security sector, providing an opportunity to learn and celebrate one of Australia's most critical industries.
The week will be packed with the best cyber experts across the country, sharing their knowledge, experience, and insights through innovative discussions and debates. We will welcome a diverse domestic and international audience of government, industry leaders, corporates, small businesses, founders, and anyone interested in cyber security.
Cyber Week 2022 has been built around the release of AustCyber's flagship publication - The Sector Competitiveness Plan (SCP), which has been developed with over 60 Australian Cyber Security companies and experts. Our fourth SCP will be launched on day one of Cyber Week, and represent a critical piece of research that will help shape and inform the cyber security sector in Australia for years to come.
As part of the Stone & Chalk Group, AustCyber will be hosting Cyber Week 2022 in Stone & Chalk's state-of-the-art startup hubs across Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. The Perth event will be held at the Joondalup Business Forum and our Canberra event will be hosted at Hotel Rydges Canberra.
Cyber Week 2022 is back in person (as well as online streaming), giving you the opportunity to connect and network again face to face with experts and peers in the industry.
It's time to connect, participate, and be inspired at Cyber Week 2022 as we showcase and celebrate Australian Cyber Security capability.
