AustCyber is excited to announce that Australian cyber security company Aiculus has been accepted into CyLon ICE71 Accelerate, a three month acceleration program for early stage companies, in Singapore.
“The global cyber security market is currently worth over US$130 billion, and is growing rapidly, as is Australia's cyber security sector in response,” said Michelle Price, CEO of AustCyber. “AustCyber works with range of partners both in Australia and overseas to create opportunities for Australian cyber security companies offering market ready products and services. Aiculus’ acceptance into the next cohort of CyLon ICE21 Accelerate is a milestone in the company's growth - a result of their hard work, participation in the first cohort of Australia's cyber security accelerator, CyRise, and being selected for several programs we have delivered, funded and/or supported – including trade delegations to the UK and US and Austrade’s Landing Pad program in Singapore.”
“Congratulations to the Aiculus team – they have an amazing opportunity to further scale their product and scale their company internationally. I am genuinely excited to see how Omaru and the team embrace this experience and apply it to the next phase of growth and maturity for the company.”
Omaru Maruatona, CEO of Aiculus said, “The CyLon ICE71 Accelerate program will help us further enhance our product, which focuses on the high demand market niche of securing APIs, and expose Aiculus to the Singapore market, host to the regional headquarters of many global organisations. Thanks to Trevor Chudleigh, AustCyber, the Singapore Landing Pad and Austrade for helping to make this happen.”
Based in Singapore, ICE71 is a partnership between Singtel Innov8, the venture capital arm of the Singtel Group, and the National University of Singapore (NUS), through its entrepreneurial arm NUS Enterprise.
