Presented by AustCyber, Cyber Battle is an Australian-first youth cyber security talent training and competition series launching in 2023.
In collaboration with the Estonian Embassy, Cyber Battle is upskilling the next generation of cyber security specialists through gamified training and high-adrenaline events in a new way to deliver training to Australian students.
Our goal is to help Australian students become more cyber security-savvy by providing knowledge of the cyber security field through hands-on practical training courses, helping to increase cyber security education and build the industry pipeline.
Events
Cyber Battle consists of a series of national events, culminating in the grand final in August 2023.
Cyber Security Bootcamps – May 2023
Open to students aged 15–24, hands-on cyber security training will be provided to prepare local participants for the Cyber Battle competition.
Finals
Teams will compete in a knockout-style state game to win a place in the grand finals. Details on the games will be announced soon.
Grand Final – August 2023
In the grand final of Cyber Battle held in Sydney, teams will work in simulated real-life scenarios across lifestyle, city, and space to win the ultimate prize.
